Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 to 1 ¼ cups flour
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whip the cream and sugar together until sugar is completely dissolved. Slowly whip in flour as to avoid creating clumps. Add at least 1 cup flour, using the rest to thicken the cream to a texture similar to canned condensed milk. Use immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to one hour. Make sure to whip again directly before use.
