This holiday season we encourage you to be mindful of the ingredients in your favorite holiday treats, including eggnog. Many brands of eggnog contain thickening additives and synthetic stabilizers. We believe that eggnog should be free of these ingredients allowing you to enjoy the delicious flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, custard and cream. Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers, the spices in our eggnog will settle to the bottom of the bottle. Simply shake and enjoy!

I enjoyed this eggnog and even made scones with it. That said, wish it didn’t have dextrose (via the Rum) and although organic cane sugar, it’s still sugar. A little indulgence is OK, but in moderation, like anything sweet. On the whole, I’m glad this company still chose to make a somewhat healthy version of eggnog.

This egg nog is beyond delicious and I have tried many gourmet brands. It’s a treat for me in December, and once I tasted Kalona, I broke all my December diet rules and kept buying it throughout the month. The texture is creamy and I didn’t detect and artificial texture stabalizers that other brands have. It was smooth and well flavored. I shook it each time as served it, as all the delightful spices collected on the bottom of the bottle. I brought it to a gathering and it was gone within ten minutes.

I used to never be able to drink Egg Nog and the non-dairy options are just not cutting it for me. I am excited that there is this product. It was hard to find it was sold out the first time i looked but got it the second time around at Natural Grocery. It’s rich, creamy, and make sure you shake it up. love this brand for their organic and supporting small farming. definitely a treat for the holiday season.

We spent three years stationed in England. That’s where we discovered cream top milk. Over there it was called Channel Island Whole Milk, and it completely changed the way I think about milk. We searched high and low for something similar when we returned to the USA– and this is IT. This is the same high-quality, creamy and delicious milk that we’ve been unable to find outside of England until now. I personally LOVE the cream top plug, but my son just pours it through a sieve because he loves the milk but not the chunks. Also, I don’t know exactly what the difference is, but this milk (and the Channel Island milk from the UK) are the only dairy I’ve been able to drink without feeling sick. My whole life I thought I was allergic to milk (even had to drink meat-based formula as a baby) and didn’t understand why people drank so much milk. Now I’m dunking cookies and scraping out the cream plug with a butter knife to eat by itself, and I can enjoy it without getting sick. This is amazing!

I live in Ohio and since they cannot sell raw dairy in stores there is no other eggnog that compares to this! Even organic ones usually still have way too much sugar or some type of seed oil in them. This is the only one I will buy when I don’t have time to make my own! I was so happy when they came out with this, kalona is the only dairy products that will buy.

I normally don’t care too much for eggnog but this one is delicious!!! Not too sweet and extremely creamy! I was very impressed with the ingredients list compared to other eggnog options at my store, and especially for the price! But I was concerned about the Rum flavoring, however it isn’t too strong and together these ingredients created the perfect eggnog option!

This is the first year that I’ve tried Kalona eggnog. While it’s not as thick as other eggnogs on the market (and thus pushed aside by some members of my family), this eggnog is absolutely delightful in coffee! It is full of flavorful spices and the rich creaminess instantly creates a lovely, warming morning drink. Knowing it’s full of nutritious ingredients is such a great bonus. Love that it’s at Whole Foods too! Super convenient.

This is the ONLY eggnog I will drink. There is nothing else on the market to compare to its superb taste and quality. It is very popular in the Boulder County area as I often have to go to many stores to find a precious bottle of the eggnog….but it is worth the search. It also makes fantastic tasting pancakes. Wish I could get Kalona eggnog year round…but then I might gain too much weight. 🙂

My favorite eggnog. The only organic,grassfed, non-homogenized, low vat pasteurized I can find. It also does not contain unhealthy thickeners (like carrageenan) that is prevalent in most nogs. Healthy & delicious.
